Singapore famous Bak kut Teh
Ingredients: white pepper, garlic powder, salt, seasoning powder
PREPARATION
1. Put 7 rice bowls of water, 1 packet of bah kut tea spices and 12 pieces of garlic in a pot and boiled
2. Add a few drops of black soya sauce, put 1 kg of pork ribs and cook for 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Black Pepper, White Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder and Seasoning
Cooking instructions for 30g packet:
1 pack of ILC Bak Kut Teh spices
1kg pork ribs
1.8l of water
12 cloves
1 bulb of garlic
few drops of dark soy sauce for colour (optional)
- Over the high fire, boil, 1.8l of water. Add 1 packet of Bak Kut Teh spices, 1 kg of pork ribs and 12 cloves of garlic and boil using medium heat for 35min(or up to 1 hour for a more spicy and peppery taste).
- Add a few drops of soy sauce for colour. Serve hot.
